You'll build scalable data infrastructure and deliver actionable business insights at a high-growth startup. You'll own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ETL pipelines to strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for product and business data
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for key metrics
• Define analytics metrics and translate data into actionable insights
• Maintain data quality monitoring and alerting systems

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of data engineering or analytics experience
• Expert-level SQL and modern data warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Fivetran, Airbyte) and dbt
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Python/JavaScript proficiency for custom analysis
• Background in statistics or data science
