Description

You will design and implement end-to-end business flows for a fabless semiconductor company, bridging the gap between stakeholders and tech stack. You'll own NetSuite and Arena PLM processes, manage integrations, and lead UAT and training to support scaling operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite.
• Proven track record of setting up business flows from scratch or major implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end semiconductor business flows from foundry through OSAT to finished goods.
• Translate complex manufacturing processes into digital workflows for yield management, RMA, and subcon manufacturing.
• Serve as functional process expert for NetSuite and Arena PLM.
• Configure NetSuite finance modules for cost accounting, O2C, and P2P.
• Gather requirements and translate between business stakeholders and technical teams.
