💼 About This Role

You'll build Wheelhouse's presence across Europe as a founding team member, owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won for mid-market accounts. Your core impact will be driving outbound strategy and pipeline to capture massive untapped opportunity in the short-term rental market. You'll work cross-functionally across time zones while maintaining a largely Europe-based schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won for mid-market accounts across EMEA
  • Drive outbound strategy by identifying targets, building sequences, and booking discovery calls
  • Conduct compelling demos to property managers across diverse European markets
  • Feed frontline insights back to leadership and product teams to shape regional strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Comfort with cold calling, email sequencing, and creative prospecting
  • Fluent in English and based in Europe able to work UK/CET hours

✨ Nice to Have

  • 3+ years in the Short-Term Rental industry
  • Multi-lingual proficiency (Dutch, Danish, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, or French)
  • SaaS startup and/or Dynamic Pricing / Revenue Management software experience
