You'll lead developer relations activities in Serbia, managing evangelists and driving high-impact integration cases for a global commerce company. You'll blend technical expertise, community presence, and leadership to deliver world-class developer experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee developer relations activities in assigned region.
• Manage and mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations).
• Lead delivery of lighthouse integration cases.
• Partner with Product Management to capture developer feedback.
• Represent Xsolla at regional and global industry events.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web).
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
