💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach at a fast-growing boutique fitness studio, coaching 10 classes per week and developing a team of coaches. You'll drive studio utilization and retention through outreach and community partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week and model exceptional instruction.
• Develop and provide feedback to a team of coaches.
• Lead outreach and marketing to build community partnerships.
• Assist with studio operations, inventory, and client concerns.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience.
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office (Excel/Sheets).
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds.
