You'll design and maintain learning experiences for both human teams and AI-driven systems at AutoFi, a digital commerce platform for automotive sales. Your core impact will be creating high-quality enablement materials optimized for human learning and AI comprehension, including training an AI Agent to answer complex operational questions. This role uniquely blends traditional training with AI enablement in a growing industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather information from SMEs and document implicit knowledge and edge cases.
• Develop training content for systems, tools, and processes using a hands-on approach.
• Design onboarding and role-specific learning paths with structured progression.
• Curate and refine AI training content to improve reasoning and contextual awareness.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in adult learning, training, and development.
• Experience building training initiatives within RevOps/Sales or Operations.
• Experience designing learning content from scratch and iterating on materials.
• Experience working with AI Agents or knowledge-driven automation systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems.
• Automotive industry experience or dealership business model familiarity.
