Description

As a Web Agency Specialist, you will build and maintain ecommerce websites on Lightspeed's Ecom platform (E-Series). You'll collaborate with North American customers and internal teams to create user-friendly, conversion-ready online stores.

Requirements

• Proven experience building ecommerce websites on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Excellent communication skills for customer and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for support workflows

Responsibilities

• Build and launch ecommerce websites using templates, including page creation, store configuration, and basic SEO setup
• Support product catalog readiness, including setup, organization, and merchandising fundamentals
• Perform QA across desktop and mobile to ensure smooth customer experience from navigation to checkout
• Provide ongoing website support via ticketing systems, troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues
