You'll combine project management accountability with hands-on scheduling and cost controls in a hybrid role. You'll lead small-to-medium projects, develop schedules in Primavera P6, and analyze cost and schedule data to drive project outcomes. This role stands out for its direct involvement in schedule development and recovery planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage small-to-medium projects or key workstreams of larger programs.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management.
• Develop clear project reports including schedule updates and cost summaries.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, project controls, or scheduling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 for schedule development and analysis.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling, cost tracking, and cost-schedule integration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with earned value analysis.
• Mentoring junior staff in scheduling and project controls.
• Working on design/construction projects with RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
