💼 About This Role

You'll be the founding sales member on the At-Bay Security team, owning the full sales cycle for MDR solutions tailored to SMBs. You will work closely with the Chief Business Officer to build go-to-market motions and drive pipeline. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape early sales processes at a fast-growing InsurSec company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic GTM sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to close including contract negotiation
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
  • Define and implement early go-to-market processes and CRM configuration
  • Collaborate with product team to provide voice of customer for roadmap influence

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years senior-level sales experience within cybersecurity
  • Experience selling Endpoint Detection or Managed Detection and Response solutions
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and promotion
