💼 About This Role
You'll be the founding sales member on the At-Bay Security team, owning the full sales cycle for MDR solutions tailored to SMBs. You will work closely with the Chief Business Officer to build go-to-market motions and drive pipeline. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape early sales processes at a fast-growing InsurSec company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic GTM sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to close including contract negotiation
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- Define and implement early go-to-market processes and CRM configuration
- Collaborate with product team to provide voice of customer for roadmap influence
📋 Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years senior-level sales experience within cybersecurity
- Experience selling Endpoint Detection or Managed Detection and Response solutions
- Track record of meeting sales targets and promotion
