💼 About This Role

You'll own the roadmap and performance of lemlist.com, turning it into a high-impact acquisition engine. You'll sit between Product Marketing and Growth, iterating fast and experimenting often to improve conversion rates and brand experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-define website roadmap with PMM, Growth & leadership
• Own the CMS (Storyblok) and build pages autonomously
• Identify friction and growth opportunities using data
• Build and iterate on key growth levers (e.g. interactive demos)

📋 Requirements

• Growth, marketing, product, or web-related background
• Hands-on with CMS and able to build pages using components
• Data-driven mindset: spot issues, form hypotheses, measure impact
• Fluent in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of frontend development or code bootcamp (e.g. Le Wagon)
• Experience with Storyblok or similar headless CMS
