You'll own creator talent strategy and build a best-in-class ecosystem for Later's influencer marketing campaigns, combining strategic vision with hands-on sourcing and negotiation. Your work will directly drive campaign success and client retention across top brands like Nike and Wayfair.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define talent curation strategy and identify emerging creators
• Source, negotiate, and secure high-tier influencer talent
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, and managers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed creator-first approach

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management
• Proven track record sourcing and managing high-profile influencer relationships
• Strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships
• Strategic and analytical skills with experience in scalable systems
