💼 About This Role

You'll lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, driving product adoption and retention for a fast-growing privacy protection SaaS company. You'll define the customer success strategy and manage escalations for critical issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Analyze customer health data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Oversee renewals and expansion opportunities with Sales
  • Act as escalation point for critical customer issues

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or data exposure verticals
