You'll lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, driving product adoption and retention for a fast-growing privacy protection SaaS company. You'll define the customer success strategy and manage escalations for critical issues.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Analyze customer health data to identify risks and opportunities
- Oversee renewals and expansion opportunities with Sales
- Act as escalation point for critical customer issues
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or data exposure verticals

- Experience in threat intelligence or executive protection
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
