💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end NPI project plan for manufacturing new products across multiple sites. You'll act as the bridge between design and production teams to eliminate learning curves and standardize best practices. This role offers the chance to work on autonomous underwater vehicles for a leading defense tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end NPI project plan from concept to production readiness.
• Design and implement standardized NPI knowledge transfer framework.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, supply chain, quality, and production.
• Mentor engineers and technicians at receiving sites to become self-sufficient.
• Manage engineering change workflows (ECR/ECO) affecting manufacturing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years progressive manufacturing experience with 3+ years in NPI.
• Experience leading product/process transfer between manufacturing sites.
• Project management skills leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance.
