💼 About This Role

You'll lead cafe operations and spearhead exceptional hospitality at a new Blue Bottle cafe opening in Tysons Corner Center. You'll drive sales, manage inventory, and train team members to elevate the coffee experience. This role offers best-in-class coffee training and a chance to shape a new team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee service flow for safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies
• Train and onboard new team members
• Handle cash deposits and address guest concerns

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy barista training or within 90 days post-hire
• Food Safety Certification (or obtain within 30 days post-hire)
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
