  • Manage and develop a team of AEs and BDRs
  • Set team strategy for operations and revenue growth
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership on GTM motion
  • Establish operating cadences like forecasting and pipeline reviews

  • 10+ years in vertical B2B SaaS enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise revenue with forecasting discipline
  • Experience setting org-level targets and managing leaders to KPIs
  • Skilled in designing MM/ENT sales motions for consistent growth

  • Deep understanding of 6-7 figure enterprise deal cycles
  • Experience partnering with Product and Solutions on packaging
