- Manage and develop a team of AEs and BDRs
- Set team strategy for operations and revenue growth
- Partner with cross-functional leadership on GTM motion
- Establish operating cadences like forecasting and pipeline reviews
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in vertical B2B SaaS enterprise sales
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise revenue with forecasting discipline
- Experience setting org-level targets and managing leaders to KPIs
- Skilled in designing MM/ENT sales motions for consistent growth

- Deep understanding of 6-7 figure enterprise deal cycles
