You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding function for a fast-growing AI parking startup, bridging Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success. You'll design scalable systems that manage dozens of concurrent property launches while personally driving high-stakes implementations. This is a builder+operator role with high ownership and impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff to go-live
  • Manage multiple concurrent property launches across markets
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Ops
  • Design scalable onboarding playbooks, checklists, and workflows
  • Hire and manage onboarding coordinators as volume grows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years of experience in operations or client-facing roles
  • Background in finance, consulting, or high-growth startup operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding engagements
  • Experience leading multi-location rollouts and building scalable processes
