As a Sales Associate, you will create an authentic and organic experience for every guest through genuine connection and product education. You will drive sales, build client relationships, and support store operations in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's initiatives
• Engage customers and provide a friendly shopping environment
• Build client relationships daily
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture
• Assist in processing shipment and visual merchandising
