You'll lead the operationalization of AI across our product ecosystem and internal workflows, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams. You'll build and drive the internal AI PD Operations roadmap, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable ROI while maintaining governance and velocity. This role offers the chance to build a high-performing AI PD Ops organization from scratch in a fast-growing fintech and travel platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary resource for internal AI initiatives, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
• Build and drive the internal AI PD Operations roadmap.
• Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, and ROI metrics for executive dashboards.
• Lead design and implementation of AI-enabled workflow automations and internal tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years with 5+ years leading product operations teams.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and models like Claude, Cursor, Gemini.
• Demonstrated experience building product operations infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong data/analytics capability comfortable with modern data stacks like Snowflake and dbt.
