You'll join the Operational Excellence team as an intern, supporting training deployment and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will analyze training effectiveness and propose innovative solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to training deployment and post-training follow-up
• Support operational excellence initiatives
• Manage scheduling with operational teams and trainers
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of training practices

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in engineering, business, communication, design or equivalent
• Organizational skills and time management
• Proactive, creative, and autonomous personality
• Willingness to travel for projects
