💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow a portfolio of existing Aurora customers, driving retention and expansion by aligning our software with their business goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and lead strategic account planning to ensure customers see real returns on their investment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of customers, driving retention and expansion
  • Lead renewals, negotiations, and custom pricing structures
  • Develop strategic account plans with customer stakeholders
  • Build pipeline by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Use product usage data to forecast and mitigate churn risk

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or customer success in SaaS
  • Proven track record of growing portfolio through renewals and upsells
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing structures
  • Ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Experience using data to drive adoption and growth

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in solar, clean energy, or climate tech
  • Familiarity with solar design platforms or project development
  • Background in high-growth or remote-first technology companies
