💼 About This Role
You'll own and grow a portfolio of existing Aurora customers, driving retention and expansion by aligning our software with their business goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and lead strategic account planning to ensure customers see real returns on their investment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of customers, driving retention and expansion
- Lead renewals, negotiations, and custom pricing structures
- Develop strategic account plans with customer stakeholders
- Build pipeline by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Use product usage data to forecast and mitigate churn risk
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of account management or customer success in SaaS
- Proven track record of growing portfolio through renewals and upsells
- Experience negotiating contracts and pricing structures
- Ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
- Experience using data to drive adoption and growth
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in solar, clean energy, or climate tech
- Familiarity with solar design platforms or project development
- Background in high-growth or remote-first technology companies
