You'll perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts in a shop setting, using cutting-edge technology to diagnose issues and track work orders. You'll be part of a team transforming the construction industry with a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Maintain complete and timely work order documentation

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• OSHA knowledge preferred
