Description

As the Product Manager for Frontend and Design Platform, you'll own the UI component library and frontend patterns, empowering product squads to build consistent, accessible, and high-performing interfaces for financial crime analysts. You'll drive efficiency through systemic thinking, ensuring developers can ship features faster while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with 1-2 years focused on Design Systems or Frontend Platforms
• Proven track record in B2B building complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Systems thinking with experience in Atomic Design and shared component libraries
• Expert in discovery tools like Pendo, Hotjar, or Figma
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, CSS architecture, and frontend performance

Responsibilities

• Own the Frontend Platform Roadmap and define strategy for UI component library and frontend patterns
• Champion efficiency and trust by optimizing frontend infrastructure for analyst speed and accuracy
• Drive deep user discovery by observing workflows and identifying UI friction points
• Scale developer velocity by defining and monitoring component adoption and DevEx metrics
• Bridge design and engineering by translating Figma prototypes into production-ready React components
