You will manage apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs from enrollment through completion, using case management to support career seekers and employers. Your work helps build a stronger local workforce and expand access to high-demand career pathways in Southwest Michigan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or workforce development
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms
• Two years of professional experience in business, social services, or workforce development (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage data in CRM systems for internal and external reporting
• Enroll participants in apprenticeships and case manage to successful outcomes
• Support strategy and growth of apprenticeship services with Business Solutions Managers
• Ensure accurate data entry, maintain compliant participant files, and conduct monthly audits
• Collaborate on apprenticeship-related sector activities and events
