Description

You will manage a team of full-cycle recruiters in CDMX supporting the Global Operations organization, partnering with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, drive process efficiencies, and report key metrics. This role is critical to Stripe's growth strategy for its Global Operational Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred)
• 2+ years of recruiting management experience
• Experience partnering with hiring teams and senior-level management
• Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
• Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale a team of full-cycle recruiters, developing their expertise and facilitating professional development
• Partner with senior SDC leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
• Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across CDMX lines of business
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referral channels
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
