🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and support dashboards and real-time monitoring tools for functional teams.
• Implement process monitoring systems (SPC, alerting) to track process health.
• Define and report KPIs for throughput, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop predictive analytics and models to anticipate process issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years relevant experience delivering production-grade datasets and reports.
• 3+ years data modeling (dimensional/semantic).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.

• 5+ years lab operations in regulated biotech.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (GMP, ISO 13485, etc.).
