💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for cleaning commercial building common areas and office spaces, including kitchen and restroom maintenance for a NYC-focused REIT. Your work will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and guests. This role offers the opportunity to join a Great Place to Work®-certified team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect corridors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Clean grills, louvers, saddles, tracks, and ceiling vents of dust and debris.
• Respond to and complete all work order requests by end of day.
• Shovel snow and apply salt during icy conditions, and inspect areas.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial cleaning.
• Ability to lift and transport supplies.
• Must be available to work evenings and overtime as needed.
• Ability to bend, stretch, climb stairs, and walk for extended periods.
