Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor, owning technical strategy across customer lifecycle
• Design and implement complex technical solutions and integrations
• Act as technical conduit between Braze and customer's product/engineering teams
• Maintain technical expertise in AI/ML and drive education initiatives
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to translate requirements into development plans
