💼 About This Role

You'll own the improvement roadmap for Confluent's Product Development Lifecycle, treating internal processes as a product with PMs as customers. You'll build and iterate on AI-driven workflows, tooling, and templates to modernize the PDLC and drive adoption among high-autonomy PMs. This role combines product thinking with process design to bridge strategy to execution across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and iterate AI-driven workflows across the Product Development Lifecycle
• Implement tooling and templates to support new processes
• Define canonical frameworks for PRFAQ, PRD, NPI, and rituals
• Translate product strategy into working processes adopted by PMs
• Design and lead rollout of new processes to earn adoption

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management or Product Operations
• Hands-on PM experience shipping product
• Systems thinking at the process layer
• Meaningful AI fluency to design AI-integrated workflows
• Track record of driving adoption in high-autonomy orgs
