🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage customer relationships post-contract, including onboarding and adoption
- Forecast renewals with high accuracy and mitigate risk
- Conduct health checks and business reviews to ensure ROI
- Engage with product team to prioritize customer requests
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or B2B startups
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and data infrastructure
- Experience managing multiple personae within accounts
- Ability to work US east coast business hours
