• Develop internal process flows to ensure requirements are followed
• Monitor process flows for daily procedural compliance
• Interpret customer contracts to understand expectations
• Provide internal training to Project Managers and Operations Managers
• Identify process improvements and implement quality control procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5 years experience in wireless telecommunications industry
• Program management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
