You'll lead post-training and alignment research for Autodesk AI Lab, transforming foundation models into reliable, domain-ready systems. You'll shape long-term research direction while remaining hands-on with RL and preference optimization. This role blends scientific leadership with real-world impact across architecture, engineering, and manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop post-training strategies including RLHF and preference optimization
• Design evaluation frameworks for model reasoning and safety
• Manage and mentor a team of AI researchers
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalable training systems

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning and post-training methods (RLHF, PPO, DPO)
• Proven experience leading or mentoring AI research teams
• Strong understanding of alignment challenges and model evaluation
• PhD or equivalent industry experience in ML, AI, or RL research
