Description

You will operate and program orbital welding machines for prototype and series production of critical aerospace components, ensuring high quality and safety standards. You'll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize welding processes and document results.

Requirements

• Technical/vocational education in manufacturing, welding or a related field
• 3-5 years experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Basic welding skills (orbital welding experience is an advantage)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Fluent English, German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate orbital welding machines in prototype and production environments
• Create, adapt and optimize welding programs
• Prepare and inspect parts prior to welding
• Inspect weld seams after welding and document results
• Support continuous improvement of welding processes
