Description

You will own Salesforce Service Cloud development for customer support platforms, including case management, workflows, automations, and service analytics. You'll design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and APIs, and drive system behavior around SLAs, entitlements, and routing. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll solve complex problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with data-heavy systems including data modeling and ETL transformations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Service Cloud development for customer support platforms
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, triggers, and APIs
• Build and manage complex data models, data migrations, and large-scale data operations
• Design and implement bi-directional integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Debug and resolve high-impact production issues across data, integrations, and security
