You will lead patient education programs in virtual or live settings, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful events. This role involves overseeing program promotion, attendance, and team management while maintaining patient privacy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in virtual live event planning and coordination
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and resourcefulness
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Experience in mentoring junior team members
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of Program Managers
• Plan and execute client programs (Advisory Boards, Ambassador Trainings, Summit Meetings, Photo Shoots)
• Coordinate virtual webinars and live events for patient and caregiver audiences
• Lead event production and serve as production director or host
• Report to senior management and clients on program status
