You'll serve as a trusted consultant for Kentucky school districts, guiding them through every stage of implementing IXL's personalized learning platform. You'll partner with district leaders to create tailored professional development plans, analyze data, and monitor progress to ensure successful adoption. This role combines hands-on support in classrooms and schools with strategic collaboration to expand district partnerships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as school/district administrator or extensive PD delivery to those audiences
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiatives
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel 40-60% within Kentucky to deliver PD and provide hands-on support
• Analyze usage data to drive decision-making and strategy
