🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and applications, including incident resolution
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support and operations team
• Plan, coordinate, and lead IT audits and ensure GDPR compliance

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and support processes
• Experience with IT audits and compliance frameworks
• Solid understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or similar
• Experience in acting as Data Protection Officer (DPO)
