💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the AR Research Manager to optimize end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for a clinical research network. Your core impact will be reducing inefficiencies and improving cash flow through process automation and data-driven reporting. This role stands out due to its blend of hands-on AR execution and strategic process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support invoicing, cash application, and collections activities.
• Resolve denied or disputed invoices with study budgets.
• Assist in monthly close and revenue reconciliation.
• Analyze AR data to generate dashboards and insights.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical research AR experience or 5+ years of general AR experience
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel
• Proven experience driving process automation or efficiency initiatives
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and full AR lifecycle

• Experience in clinical research billing systems
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory compliance
