💼 About This Role

You'll own the commercial outcome for strategic enterprise accounts, from pipeline creation to close, practicing insight-led selling and quantifying the cost of inaction. You'll lead multi-stakeholder cycles with CFO/CIO/Shared Services leadership, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to deliver value-based proposals and land enterprise rollouts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute territory/account plans with targeted outreach.
  • Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction.
  • Own pricing strategy, proposals, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to de-risk technical concerns.

📋 Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience.
  • Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC.

✨ Nice to Have

  • ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud).
  • Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP).
  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language).
