Description

You will provide EHS expertise for the construction of SpaceX's Starship spaceport infrastructure in Cape Canaveral, implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support the mission of enabling human life on Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of EHS experience in construction (internships qualify)
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH regulations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or CSP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EHS site management for construction projects
• Implement and audit contractor EHS management programs
• Conduct hazard identification inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain safety policies, job hazard assessments, and PPE requirements
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and establish preventive measures
