💼 About This Role

You'll join Airwallex's Customer Support team to assist SME merchants via hotline, chat, and email. You'll resolve transaction and account issues while coordinating with back office teams. This role offers exposure to global payments and collaboration across international teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist SME customers via hotline, live chat, and email
• Coordinate with back office for transaction investigations
• Handle incoming collections and online payments queries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• English and Mandarin written/verbal communication
• Self-motivated with outcome focus
• Customer service experience in payments or banking preferred
