You will lead two logistics teams, focusing on coaching, process optimization, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Your role involves direct floor presence, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in logistics, business administration, engineering or equivalent
• Leadership experience in food production, warehouse logistics, or distribution
• Proficient in MS Office/G-Suite and data analysis tools (Excel, GSheets, Grafana, Tableau)
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in German and English
