💼 About This Role

You'll process invoices, disbursements, and financial adjustments for a certified veteran-owned IT consulting firm. You'll ensure accuracy and integrity of all AP transactions while adhering to internal controls and meeting weekly deadlines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive, open, review, date, and stamp daily invoices and expense reports
• Communicate with vendors and internal employees to clarify invoice discrepancies
• Key invoices into the financial system with alphanumeric data accurately
• Prepare financial adjustments including voided checks and credit memos

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years of clerical experience including 1 year accounts payable
