• Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation
• Conduct tailored insurance consultations and provide stellar service
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Use CRM to track leads, manage renewals, and maintain records

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in outbound calling and closing deals
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
