💼 About This Role

You'll own product strategy for DroneStack, transitioning the team from program-driven deliveries to a scalable multi-customer product line. You'll conduct primary research with military operators and define the roadmap. You'll also drive the transition from bespoke solutions to repeatable products across platforms and theaters.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience across different environments.
• Track record of shipping products end-to-end.
• Exceptional research instincts and ability to learn new markets.
• Comfort with deep technical systems (hardware+software, real-time systems).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with defense or autonomy industry.
• Familiarity with drone systems or ISR/strike missions.
• Experience designing workflow-heavy operator interfaces.
