💼 About This Role

You'll lead full operational footprint for Base's Houston market, overseeing warehouse, materials, and field installation crews. Your core impact is end-to-end execution of getting battery systems into homes, from parts arrival to energized installation. This hands-on role requires deep presence on the warehouse floor and job sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all operational outcomes for the Houston market, including installation volume and quality.
• Oversee field installation and service crews, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
• Recruit, develop, and retain warehouse and field personnel.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience with leadership over field service and warehouse functions.
• Proven track record managing multi-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite or similar).
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with electrical systems, battery storage, solar, or skilled trades.
• Experience with field service management tools.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Houston area.
