🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, develop, and lead the UK analytics team.

• Steward data infrastructure (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Serve as a thought partner to UK senior leadership on commercial trade-offs.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics or data science.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency with modern data stack tools.
• Commercial fluency in consumer business metrics.
