You'll join Stripe's Mexico City office as a New Grad Operations Associate, working across Risk, Product Support, and Financial Crimes. You'll solve complex problems and analyze processes to help scale operations. This role offers unique exposure to how thousands of businesses use Stripe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and solve complex problems across operations teams
• Analyze processes to scale operations and improve user experience
• Collaborate with global Stripe teams on cross-functional projects
• Gain insights into how businesses on Stripe operate

📋 Requirements

• Less than 12 months of full-time work experience or 2025/2026 graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in an in-office environment with cross-team collaboration
