Description

You will lead end-to-end execution of CMBS transactions, including property cash flow analysis, loan credit analysis, and presenting analysis for rating assignments. You'll manage multiple work-streams and collaborate with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years CRE debt underwriting or CMBS experience for Associate; 5+ for Associate Director
• Proficient in Excel analysis
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines

Responsibilities

• Conduct CRE property cash flow, valuation, and loan credit analysis
• Lead end-to-end execution of CMBS transactions
• Present analysis to senior managers and credit committees
• Lead preparation of published transaction reports
• Conduct property site inspections and management meetings
