💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of experienced technicians learning to apply thermal spray coatings on turbine engine components using manual and CNC techniques. You'll develop skills through a comprehensive in-house training program in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility. This role offers hands-on experience and growth potential at a global aerospace MRO leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate thermal spray equipment according to work instructions.
• Inspect and prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and blasting.
• Apply coatings manually or via computer-controlled processes (CNC).
• Use handheld gauges to measure parts during the coating process.
• Maintain equipment and perform daily checks and logbook records.

📋 Requirements

• 18 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use measuring devices like micrometers and dial indicators.
• Experience reading shop drawings and work instructions.
• Experience operating overhead cranes.
