🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding process for multiple clients concurrently.
• Identify project scope and organize requirements per client needs.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Train clients on platform features based on their needs.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Customer Onboarding or Implementation experience at B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Excellent communication skills across video, phone, email.
• Basic understanding of data template configuration.

• Experience with Salesforce, GuideCX, and JIRA.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
